RETURNS

 

We understand that you are not able to try on the sunglasses before purchasing, so here at Sunthing we will accept returns, and issue you with a credit note, for any full priced items that you are not completely happy with.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Items must be be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • You must email us at hello@sunthing.com.au to notify us of your intention to return an item.
  • The goods must be in original condition, in their original packaging.
  • Please note, no refunds are accepted on sale items.
  • Return postage costs will be at your expense.
  • We reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
  • We take no responsibility for return items lost in the mail.

    Faulty Items:
    All sunglasses are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality.

    We are happy to replace or exchange items in the case of a manufacturing fault. If the item cannot be replaced, you will receive a full refund. If you believe an item is faulty, please email us at hello@sunthing.com.au to arrange a solution.
